About the Movement

For over 100 years the Church of God in Jamaica has been providing an opportunity for Jamaicans to find a lasting saving relationship with Jesus Christ. Affiliated with the Church of God (Anderson, Indiana) the first congregations were planted by American missionaries George and Nellie Olson, over 110 years ago. Today, the Church of God in Jamaica is represented in 108 communities island wide. In each of those congregations our members find a place for worship, growth, fellowship and ministry​.
